iPowerWeb has sure given us a real hard time over here. It’s like this: we have a client that both purchased and hosts his domain with ipower. He wished to transfer his domain to our registrar, then point the domain at our servers so we can host his site.

Pretty easy, right? Standard, daily chores. Not with iPowerWeb. This company screwed up this domain so badly. We called and called, and after weeks and a dozen or so calls, a change was finally noticeble!

Change for the good? NO WAY! Instead of the website I expected to see, I saw a page allowing one to purchase a domain from Bizland. That’s right. Bizland. It was a Bizland resller’s domain search/register page.

How did our iPowerWeb domain end up on bizland? I don’t know, but finally called them in frustration, got a really nice rep named Nicole, and she was able to take care of it for me.
