Most sufferings and punishments end up teaching you some kind of lesson. Like, if you stub your toe in the morning because you moved too fast or you hadn’t had any coffee quite yet. But what about catching a cold? You know, the normal cold that shows up in the fall, when the weather goes totally batshit crazy and changes every few days.
There’s no lesson to be learned, and that’s frustrating. Oh well, that’s life, huh?
I guess catching colds is good to maintain good immunity. No lesson, but still a benefit. Still sucks being sick, though.
